Sourdough Breads
Our breads are hand-shaped, canvas-risen, and baked on a stone hearth. We grind our whole grain flours in-house daily and ferment every batch with Mama, our high-altitude sourdough culture – yielding loaves with optimal flavor, nutrition, and digestibility. Sourcing is always organic, as local as possible and done with the utmost care as we center building relationships with farmers and the land as well as providing offerings that nourish!

Artisan Pastries
Our pastry line-up is made from scratch with simple high-quality ingredients. We believe that pastry can be a wholesome indulgence; something that brings back old comforting memories or introduces you to new flavors, textures, and expressions of soulful baking. We feature seasonal fruits, herbs, and edible flowers to capture the bounty of our valley. We work hard to preserve the harvest so that we can serve local ingredients year-round!

Fresh Milled Flour
We have 1 kg and 2 kg bags for home bakers as well as retail bags of flour available for our wholesale distributors. Our flour is organic, made with Colorado grown grain, and stoneground in our facility with our New American Stonemill. Pease reach out for a list of available products and purveyors.
